There's nothing a little shopping can't cure.
To be honest this hasn't been my best week, so I decided to start my Sunday with a bit of retail therapy.
I've had my eye on this Kelly Wearstler ring for a pretty long time, unfortunately Holts was sold out of sizes by the time I got a chance to visit.
Fast forward to yesterday, they had a couple of more pieces, and when I saw this orange quartz caged in brass necklace, I knew it was coming home with me.
The combination of the organic quartz, the heavy brass, and the suede truly make this a statement piece!
On a side note, when I was trying it on, the lady next to me commented that she hoped it brought me good luck, since different coloured quartz represents a certain properties.
Not that I believe any of it, but a bit of google-ing told me that orange quartz represents; energy, justice, and vigor, and sometimes believed to heal illnesses.
