runway | Chanel Takes Flight.

Paris Couture Spring 2012 is underway and Karl Lagerfeld creates another magnificent runway show. Staged inside a makeshift sleek jetliner with moving images of clouds outside the plane's windows, Lagerfeld created an amazing on-board experience for the lucky 250, who were able to see the show in the Grand Palais.

The collection presented is what Chanel is all about, chic and timeless. The hues of blue overtook the runway, from the barely-there-hint-of-blue to navy blue. Lagerfeld presented a collection with pristine details. The most notable detail was with the shoulder either it was puffed up or it was not even there. Lagerfeld took significant details from different era and made it in his own.
