travel | The next destination.

 C, and I always talk about traveling.  Surprisingly we have never taken a trip together. 

My horoscope says, "....You love change, travel and adventure. You are a bit of a rolling stone. You have enormous curiosity and yearn to see far-off places and meet exotic peoples." 

So true. 

I fell in love with Africa when I went to Egypt in 2010.   A country I've wanted to go for over a decade, after telling my parents I wanted to be an archaeologist. Flash forward, years later I find myself working in fashion. Though I can clearly say say I take inspiration from the people I met, colours, the architecture, markets filled with spices, the Nile etc. Believe me, when I say Egypt is in a league of its own when it comes to a travel destination.

Though the main topic today is, where next? 

If I didn't have a shopping habit (that desperately needs to be curbed.) I would be on the next plane out of Toronto. I find myself being drawn to places like Tunisia, Jordan, & Peru (I told my mum I wanted to go piranha fishing in the Amazon rain forest. She told me to go to Europe. booo)

Truth be told, I would love to do the whole of North Africa before my 30th birthday. Which scarily enough is 4 years away.
